The Receptionist is the first point of contact for Advisors Mortgage and our customers and referral partners. Because of this, it is crucial that the Headquarters Receptionist demonstrates a high level of professionalism and exemplifies a corporate presence.  Our ideal candidate must have a friendly personality, excellent attention to detail, can multi-task and prioritize, is a team player and can effectively communicate.  The Receptionist is responsible for handling a high volume of calls, greeting clients/vendors, directing visitors, and general administrative support duties.

 

Job Tasks: 

  • Answers and forwards calls, must learn the phone system in order for calls to be answered and directed efficiently
  • Meet, greet and direct guests/visitors, courteously determines their needs, and direct them to the proper person, department and/or office
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a friendly and welcoming manner with all visitors, customers, vendors or referral partners
  • Reviews/responds/distributes email inquiries
  • Scheduling, prioritization, coordination, and planning
  • Performs other assigned tasks and special projects as requested
  • Provides administrative support to National Headquarters
  • Ensures Headquarters main reception area is kept clean and orderly
  • Requires extensive sitting, with periodic standing and walking
